Joseph R. Blattner is the Founder of COMPackage, the world's first self-service total compensation report solution designed to help businesses of all sizes improve employee retention and satisfaction. Joe's entrepreneurial journey began at age 19 when he founded Communications Ink, the firm that grew to become the Blattner Brunner advertising agency in Pittsburgh, PA with just $34.00, growing it into a 120-employee organization and the largest advertising agency in the Tri-State area before selling it in 2003. While consulting medium sized businesses on business, marketing executive management for 17 years, in 2007 he launched COMPackage to make full-featured compensation reporting accessible and affordable for small and mid-sized businesses. Joe is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and is committed to community service, having served as Chairman and Director of the Auberle Development Corp, a home for children-at-risk near Pittsburgh.
