As a Year-End Report
The earlier these reports are delivered to your employees to year-end,
the better these year-end reports perform their duty. But, no matter
when they’re delivered, you’ll come to realize how appreciative your
employees will be to receive this information. But you should let
your own judgment dictate the best timing or how late in the year
would not be too late.
You might also consider which class or type of employee should receive
a report. If some percentage of your employees receives little to
no extra benefits, such as no health care and no time off and no
perks nor allowances, then you might want to consider not delivering
reports to that employee or class of employees. Let your logic prevail,
